Let’s be real, when we are looking for a ring, none of us understand how complex the right diamond can be, however when I entered ADB I had the pleasure of dealing with Robert, who took that complexity all away. I told Rob about the different jewellers and prices and styles I had been bounced around from and together we sat down went through diamonds and designed the perfect ring for my fiancé. The customer support at ADB is very personal that I felt I was dealing with a family member and never a salesman. The quality of craftsmanship is that not even the streets of Hollywood have seen and the turnaround time of crafting the ring was insane! Usually Jewellers will give a 6 week wait time, but Rob made my dream ring happen in just under 2 weeks. I now enter the new year engaged and I thank Rob and the team at ADB helping me in that. I cannot recommend ADB enough, we will be back for our wedding bands and will recommend you to all our friends and family. If I could give 100 stars I would.

Absolutely amazing experience. It was such a joy for us to work with Garren to create our bespoke engagement ring. His knowledge, care and service were all exceptional from start to finish. We came in with a good idea of what we wanted the ring to look like but being able to speak with Garren and get his expertise on the finer details helped us to decide on the exact design.
